Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is ours! To provide the best experience for every client, please review our cancellation policy below:
❗ Cancellations
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
🚫 No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
💳 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total.
⏰ Late Arrivals
If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
